Everything was perfect during my 1-night stay in Saint-Maur. the queen room was clean, well-organized, and equipped with amenities like Tea Coffee and air conditioning. - the location of the hotel was wonderful. - the staff were polite and courteous.

Location close to the aurtoroute. Found it in the pouring rain straight away (my friend and I were on motorbikes) so glad to get out of the rain).

Hair dryer would have been good. Assume it is on the list for updating - we were at the Campanile at Evreux the night before and that was excellent.

We have stayed at the hotel perhaps 8_10 times as it is half way between our home in France and the UK where we have a hotel business.The receptionist was very helpful in giving us a code to use in the automatic reception machine.

Firstly, the hotel has undergone a facelift and the result is not so appealing as we beleive it has lost some of its character.Probably the worst thing was the automatic reception machine needs binning and replacing as the questions it asks do not seem to have any relevence to the supply of the room key.Standing in front of the machine at midnight in the pouring rain and being unsure if the thing is working at all, trying for 10 frustrating minutes, then suddenly after pushing all the buttons in a randomly desperate attempt it expels the key!

Convenient location off motorway. Comfy bed. Tasty steak in restaurant. Nice continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The food options were fantastic, and the location was amazing, close to restaurants, the French countryside, and just outside the town.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, even when we arrived after the check-in deadline. the girl at breakfast was also very friendly and accommodating.

Felt completely at ease, no complaints whatsoever.

Good for the price and the evening meal was ok. Plenty of good shopping within 100 meters.

Bed was hard

For the price paid, the room at this hotel was clean and well-equipped. It perfectly suited my needs as I was visiting La Brenne National Park for wildlife photography. The location was ideal, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Food for breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of options.

Got to the bus stop within 5 minutes walk, as it has perfect and convenient location. The staff was amicable and helpful and solved our problems immediately. Stayed in brand-new and well laid out room for the wheelchair.

The staff we met were very rude.

Omelet on menu for dinner but waiter refused to take an order. I suspect he us to order something m ore expensive.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and polite, giving a warm welcome. The location was conveniently close to the A20, perfect for an overnight rest during a long journey.

Room not well cleaned / Only a net curtain and this was not attached very well / more twin rooms would be nice / sheets wrong size for bed
